I played baseball in college and have been going to the gym and lifting weights my entire life and have had trainers and worked out with several competitive body builders. The X3 system is astoundingly better than lifting weights in my experience. I noticed better workouts with greater muscle fatigue, improved muscle size and tone in just a few weeks of using this system. The X3 Force bar and app counting the reps and seeing the total force created by each workout and set is an absolute game changer for all workouts. Having this data on all my workouts is amazing. I will always use this system for the rest of my life and was someone who really enjoyed going to the gym but now I have little to no interest in ever going back to the gym and lifting weights again after using the X3 Force Smart Home Gym System. I was pretty skeptical about the X3 Bar at first—it makes some big claims—but after using it consistently for three years, I can honestly say it’s a total game changer. I’ve built more muscle and strength with X3 than I did with traditional weights only, and the best part? No more joint or shoulder pain! I can now push to muscle fatigue and lift heavy without pain holding me back, and I don’t feel wrecked afterward. If you want to get stronger and build muscle without damaging your joints, X3 is 100% worth it. One quick tip—for those concerned about the edge of the ground plate possibly cutting the bands if they slip out of the center or lose tension, I got a cheap 3D-printed guard for extra protection, and haven't had any issues. I also got the squat belt and long bar which I'd highly recommend.

The original bands felt great and I didn't think it was possible to improve them, but these Paraforce bands really do feel better and it's easier to do the exercise, but they still give a better pump and you still feel like you're lifting more weight. I use my X3 shirtless after a cold plunge on most days and the origional bands and Paraforce 1 bands would grab my skin if it was we. These just slide. Regarding resistance these are much stronger, light grey feels like dark grey, basically each band is one band tougher and last these are thicker......which only affects the way these bands lie under the platform and how they fold up for travel.

I am gonna also mention something what other people probably have never said - is their smoothness and gentle touch. Therefore, they are much more comfortable for your skin when performing exercises like chest press. Latex bands were rubbing too much my skin leaving marks.
